Well believe it or not we are nearly one month into the new year! and because or all of the problems with the weather I wonder how many of you have already broken you New Years Resolution  to  go on a  diet! and to exercise more?
Well dont worry make a decision to start right now and change your lifestyle for good.

I dont believe in fad diets, probably because I have tried most of them and have lost weight . then stopped dieting and put it all back on ... and a bit extra!  sounds familiar? Finally after many years of trying I realised that it is quite simple.

 Make better choices with the food you eat and the quantity you eat, incorporate  some exercise and you caa lose weight, maintain it and more importantly stay healthy. Dont get me wrong i believe in having treats, going out to eat and  having a glass of wine, the difference is now I do this in moderation and not all the time.
