  • Sports Specific and Functional Training
    Understanding and breaking down the different parts and aspects of each sporting activity and designing a program to improve performance.

  • Nutrition and Weight Management
    Understanding the nutrition requirements of the human body , how many calories it needs at rest and how to fuel the body for intense sport. This allows me to put together and advise on relevant eating programmes for my clients whether it is to lose weight , bulk up or train for a specific event.

  • Training in Alternative Environments
    This allows me to train my clients in any environment. This could be in the local park the office anywhere in fact that is safe, using suspension training , dynabands and other portable equipment.

  • Health Screening and Fitness Testing
    This allows me to run simple tests and to use data like height ,weight and other measurements to determine an initial benchmark of the client .In conjunction we can run fitness tests to determine level of fitness and use them to plot progress.

  • Pre and Post Natal training
    Training ladies when pregnant and after having a baby requires additional knowledge and skills , this allows me to safely keep you training during your pregnancy and following the birth of your child.

  • Childhood Obesity and Fitness
    This speciality gives me the knowledge to develop and deliver a first class effective children's weight  management service by promoting sound nutrition and increasing physical activity through behaviour modification.

  • Fully qualified Chef
    I am also a fully qualified Chef, which enables me to not only advise you on the correct foods to eat but also advise on how to prepare foods.
